The website toolocal.tech ("the Site") is published and operated by BISHOP / OrigGuard. It provides file, image and text processing tools that run locally in the user's browser. These terms govern access to and use of the Site as well as the sale of commercial packs.
The Site is freely accessible to anyone with a web browser. No registration is required to use the free tools. Access may be interrupted at any time for maintenance or in the event of force majeure.
Files submitted on the Site are processed exclusively in the user's browser. They are not uploaded to, transmitted to, or retained by any server controlled by the publisher. This architecture can be verified at any time via the Network tab of the browser's developer tools.
The commercial packs (Document Confidentiality, Accounting, HR, Communication, Development) are software products delivered as standalone files. Sales are made by invoice, with payment by bank transfer or Payoneer. Delivery takes place by email within 24 business hours of receipt of payment.
Purchasing a pack grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable site licence, including 12 months of updates. The white-label licence authorises deployment under the client's own brand for their own users. Resale, redistribution or decompilation of the code is prohibited.
The source code, translations, the Toolocal trademark, the logo and all Site content are the exclusive property of the publisher and protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised use may result in legal liability.
The Site is partly funded by Google AdSense advertising. The publisher does not control the content of the ads displayed. No third-party advertising network has access to files processed by users.
The tools are provided as-is, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The publisher shall not be liable for data loss, incorrect results or indirect damages arising from use of the Site or any pack.
These terms are governed by the law applicable in the publisher's place of establishment. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavour to find an amicable solution before resorting to legal proceedings.
